Home Gyms

The problems with weight training at a public gym include:
• The membership fees can be unbelievably expensive. The membership fees could be invested into home gym equipment and you could begin to build your own fitness room at home.
• It can be difficult or annoying to travel to the gym every day, which could become a show-stopper to working out and eventually knock you out of fitness contention.
• You may have to wait in line to use a piece of equipment in your weight training routine.
There are major benefits to choosing a home gym for your weight training over a public gym.
• You decide when and how to exercise. You can select your own weight training equipment that's right for you; your body, your strength, and your level of expertise.
• You can select your favorite type of weight training machine, or if you don't like weight training machines, you can select your own variety of free weights (i.e. dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells).
• You don't have to share your home gym equipment or germs with strangers. Without proper sanitization, sharing exercise equipment can increase the spread of colds, flu and even warts.
• You can shower in the privacy of your own home.• You can yell as loud as you want during your weight training, without feeling awkward.
